As with any sport, playing golf will benefit from a healthy and efficient body. Using both my skills as an Osteopath and with the Titleist Performance Institute screening process I can assess and improve your body’s ability to swing the club efficiently.
Osteopathy uses a mixture of stretching, mobilising and strength work to help bring your body into balance and by using this in conjunction with the TPI screening and exercise advice we can help improve your mobility and fitness, which will give you the best chance of being consistent with your own golf swing.
TPI was set up in 2003 and is now used extensively throughout the world. 18 of the last 20 major championships were won by players advised by a TPI expert. Through extensive research a system has been developed to help teaching professionals, medical practitioners and fitness trainers work together to help increase player performance through a deep understanding of how the body functions during the golf swing.
